We do a lot of hiring, both for our own team and for our customers. Our engineers and recruiters spent many hours on sourcing, screening, and interviewing. We built an internal AI platform to solve our own hiring challenges and automate our workflow. Our AI reduced our time to hire by ~33%, and cut cost per hire by ~50%.
